Product Description

- Aluminium Mirror
          Aluminium mirror is produced through vacuum coating, I.E. let the melt aluminium splash on the clear float glass surface in the vacuum chamber, and then coated with two layers of protective paint. Quality mirrors are coated with double paint.

- Silver mirror
        Silver mirror uses high grade float glass as its base and it is manufactured under an automated process, thus giving super quality mirror.
        Silver mirror manufactured under the automated process has a silver membrane which is protected by a cooper plated layer, and finally sealed with an oven baked paint coating. The silver membrane is fully protected, this providing long-lasting performance and durability.
        It has super luster, and a perfectly flat surface which gives a distortion-free image reflection.

1. Made of waveless float glass(our float glass from Saint-Gobain)
2. Double coated paint( the paint from FENZI)
3. Exact image, high reflectivity, reflection ratio is about 93%.
4. The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside (both CATI and CATII are available
5. Deep processing, can be cut into any size and any shape and sand blast process is available. 
6. Polished edge processing, round edge, flat edge and beveled edge, etc.
7. Packing, seaworthy wooden cases with paper interleave.

Mirror Notice

4. Vertically placed with paper interleave.
