4. The temperature-sensitive liquid filled in the temperature expansion system of the thermal expansion valve leaks. When the working fluid in the thermal expansion valve temperature sensing system leaks, the force acting on the diaphragm will be reduced, so that the thermal expansion valve cannot be opened.
5. In the refrigeration system with Freon as the refrigerant, when it contains moisture, it is easy to cause ice blockage at the thermal expansion valve.
6. The small filter at the inlet end of the thermal expansion valve is blocked, which means “dirty blockageâ€. It is recommended to replace the filter. If it is dirty at the expansion valve orifice, replace the entire expansion valve.
