Distribution box internal set requirements

3. Insulated cables shall be used for the connection cables inside the box. The connector shall not be loosened and no live parts shall leak. The cabinet, the electrical installation board inside the box, and the enclosure must be protected and connected. Zero protection should be connected through the terminal strip. Requirement: The inner conductors of the box are well-insulated, neatly arranged, and firmly fixed. The ends of the wires should be bolted or crimped.
4. Electrical equipment such as contactors, switches and switches installed in the box shall be flexible in operation, good and reliable in contact, and no serious ablation of the contacts.
5, the total distribution box should be installed with a total isolation switch, the total fuse and shunt isolation switch, the total fuse and shunt fuse (or total automatic switch and shunt isolation switch), leakage protection. If the leakage protector has overload and short circuit protection at the same time, no branch fuse or shunt automatic switch can be provided. 9. All electrical equipment in the construction site must be equipped with a leakage protector at the head of the equipment load line. The rated operating current of the leakage protector in the switch box should be no more than 30mA, and the rated leakage operating time should be 0.1S.
10. The entrance and exit of the wire in the distribution box and switch box should be set under the box. The incoming and outgoing cables should be sheathed and shunted and waterproof bended. The wire harness must not enter and exit the box. Directly in contact with the mouth, rubber-insulated cables must be used for the entry and exit lines of mobile distribution boxes and switch boxes. The power cable that enters the switch box must not be connected with a latch.
