How to improve the quality of the reaming
Reaming is a commonly used method of finishing and semi-finishing holes. The machining aperture is between φ1 and φ100mm, the dimensional accuracy is generally up to H8~H7, and the hand hinge can reach H6. The surface roughness is Ra1. 6 to 0.2. The tool for reaming is still based on the standard multi-tooth reamer, see Figure 1. It is made up of three parts: the working part, the neck and the handle.
