Improvement of gear grinding machine
The red ring SGK-241n gear grinding machine was introduced from the United States in 1983. According to our usual maintenance experience, the main reason for the tooth direction error is that the damper resistance of the main shaft is not enough, causing the indexing movement gap to not be completely eliminated. At the front end of the main shaft, there are two metal rings 2 (Fig. 1) like piston rings. The outer ring of the metal ring is equipped with a flange cover 1. The inner wall of the flange is provided with a plurality of rows of punches. The damping effect is similar to the function of the damper in the indexing of the gear grinding. Nitor
