For the high-power concentrating photovoltaic photothermal integration system, the research team completed the thermodynamic modeling and optimization analysis of the concentrating photovoltaic power generation and waste heat utilization system, and determined the best operating parameters and plans. For the temperature control of photovoltaic cells, the research team designed and developed a passive heat transfer temperature control device with heat pipe technology as the core to achieve the control of the hot surface temperature of the concentrating photovoltaic cell and the transfer and conversion of residual heat. In terms of experiments, the research team conducted an outdoor experimental test on the system module box designed and developed. The results showed that the module power generation efficiency reached an average of 26%, and the solar comprehensive utilization rate exceeded 75%, both of which reached the international advanced level. At present, the research team has completed the construction and support of the 15kW high-power concentrating photovoltaic power generation system in Hengshui, Hebei. The installation of other components is in progress. The demonstration operation is expected to be achieved in July. In the next two years, a medium-scale demonstration and promotion will be launched in Hengshui area, and further promoted to civilian fields such as photovoltaic agriculture and island border defense areas.
