Practical cleaning rules for rice cookers

Rice cookers are the most common kitchen appliances. In our daily life, the frequency of rice cookers is very high. If I question you here and say that you will not clean the rice cooker, it is estimated that you are very unwilling to admit it. But this is indeed the case. It is not enough to clean the inner liner and the surface when cleaning the rice cooker. The top cover of the rice cooker is the focus of cleaning.

When the rice cooker is used for porridge or when the rice is too much, the rice soup will overflow to the upper cover. If it is not cleaned in time, the time will be long, and the rice cooker will have an odor. In addition, the vent hole on the rice cooker may also be clogged, posing a safety hazard. Some rice cooker top cover is fixed by rubber pad, which can be removed by one pull; some are screwed, you can remove the screw, wash it with water, wipe it with rag and put it on. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth at the vent hole. Secondly, it is necessary to pay attention to cleaning the bottom of the pot after removing the inner tank. Sometimes the rice grains fall or the rice soup overflows to the bottom of the pot, which will cause yellow coking at the bottom of the pot, which will affect the service life of the rice cooker. Unplug the power supply during cleaning and wipe off the browning material with a slightly damp soft cloth.

Also, be sure to unplug the power when cleaning the rice cooker. Because the electrical parts are not sealed enough, do not rinse or soak with water. Do not drip when wiped with a damp cloth. When cleaning the liner, soak it in water for a while, then clean it with a sponge or a soft cloth. The hard cloth may damage the liner's non-stick coating. After cleaning, turn on the power supply test case to ensure that the rice cooker is safe to use.
