The research on the soft start of the motor is mainly to control the start of the three-phase asynchronous motor. The principle of motor soft start is as follows:

2. When the running speed reaches the required speed, the thyristor will achieve full conduction. At this time, the clicked voltage is the same as the rated voltage, which can achieve the soft start of the motor and the mechanical performance of the machine. Let the whole process run smoothly.

The thyristor AC voltage regulation soft start is mainly to change the connection mode of the thyristor, and the traditional connection mode is connected to the three-winding, thus realizing the power supply to the thyristor in parallel.

The thyristor soft starter has strong adjustability, so users can adjust the motor according to their own needs, and make the motor start mode more suitable for their needs through corresponding changes.

The soft start can not only greatly reduce the starting shock of the transmission system itself, but also prolong the service life of key components. At the same time, it can greatly shorten the impact time of the motor starting current, reduce the thermal shock load on the motor and affect the power grid. This saves energy and extends the working life of the motor.

By using the soft start technology, a smaller capacity motor can be selected for the selection of the motor, thereby reducing unnecessary equipment investment.

The start of the star triangle is to change the wiring of the motor winding, thus changing the voltage at the start of the motor. The voltage at the start is reduced, the starting current is reduced, the impact on the busbar is reduced at the start, and the voltage drop of the bus voltage at the start of the motor is reached. Within the allowable range (requires the bus voltage drop not to exceed 10% of the rated voltage), the coupling decompression start is also able to reduce the current when the motor starts, which is obtained when the motor is started by the change of the autotransformer voltage tap. The voltage is reduced, so that the current is reduced, reducing the impact on the bus.
