1. Gradually close the unloading valve to make the air compressor run at no load.

4. Emergency stop should be given under the following conditions.
(1) The engine oil pressure and water temperature of the diesel engine are within the allowable range. If there is abnormal noise in the machine, stop the machine for inspection.
(2) When there is an abnormal impact sound in the crankcase, cylinder and valve chamber.
(3) The automatic pressure regulating system and the air compressor safety valve work out, causing the pressure in the air tank to exceed the rated pressure.
(4) When the exhaust temperature and the lubricating oil temperature exceed the maximum allowable value.
(5) When the temperature rise or rated current of the motor exceeds the maximum allowable value and the spark occurs on the electrical circuit.
5. Maintenance work such as cleaning and fastening of each running component must be carried out after shutdown.
6. It is forbidden to clean the air filter's filters , cylinders and other compressed air pipeline parts with gasoline or kerosene to prevent fire and explosion. Do not use combustion methods to remove oil from the pipeline.
7. When using diesel or gasoline to clean the parts, it is strictly forbidden to smoke. There should be no fire nearby. The used waste oil, rags and cotton yarn should be properly disposed of, and should not be thrown or thrown.
8. The air filter of the air compressor must be cleaned frequently and kept open to reduce unnecessary power loss.
9. If the air compressor is used for sandblasting, rust removal and other dusty work, the machinery should be kept at a certain distance from the sandblasting site, and corresponding dustproof measures should be taken.
