The SiplusCMS1200 has a wide range of analysis capabilities, including parameter-based band selection analysis and trend analysis to monitor limits over specific frequency ranges. Fingerprint alignment makes it easy to locate damage. Parameter-based diagnostics can be performed directly on the S7-1200 CPU for easy monitoring. These diagnostics can be performed directly on the SM1281 module and accessed through a web browser to avoid the communication cycle of the production control network being affected by the detailed frequency diagnostics of large data volumes.
