The "mains parallel solar photovoltaic system" is used to supply electric energy to the load of the home when the sunshine is sufficient. If there is excess power, it will be stored separately. When the amount of power generation is insufficient or does not generate electricity, the power required is provided by the power company.

The photovoltaic industry technology that provides important technical support for solar cells, its "bottleneck" is also being continuously broken, and the cost of power generation is declining. The statistics of the past 30 years show that with the advancement of technology, the scale of solar cell production is doubled and the production cost is reduced by 20%. The cost of solar modules is also significantly reduced, and the cost of PV modules has dropped from $5 to $6 per watt in 2001 to around $2 per watt in 2009.

In China, the solar power industry has also received strong encouragement and funding from the government. In March 2009, the Ministry of Finance announced plans to subsidize large-scale solar projects such as solar photovoltaic buildings. However, compared with developed countries such as the United States and Germany, we still have a long way to go in terms of policy subsidies.

The person in charge of the Municipal Economic Development Bureau said that this training is an important activity for the city to cultivate strategic emerging industries. At the beginning of this year, the city issued the "Several Opinions on Vigorously Cultivating and Developing Strategic Emerging Industries", which clearly stipulates that during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, it will "focus on cultivating and developing high-end equipment manufacturing, next-generation information technology (Internet of Things), new Energy, new materials and other industries, solar photovoltaic materials are one of them.
