These parts have small wall thickness and are not easy to be clamped and are easily deformed after clamping, which brings certain difficulties to the processing. The partition (an important part of the AM96 bogie air spring for passenger cars) is an accessory product produced by our company and belongs to the thin-walled cone-shaped parts. The blank of this part is formed by welding 10mm thick steel plate, and it is required to be processed all over the body. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.
