The estimated annual production value of the project will exceed 300 million yuan. The second phase project is expected to be put into operation next year. The first and second phases of the project allow 7,000 tons of used batteries to be regenerated each year, which is equivalent to making 230 million mobile phone batteries “green†and regenerating, ranking first in Asia. After the recycling of used batteries, the total annual production capacity of the ternary precursor battery materials will exceed 4000 tons.
