3. Encourage enterprises to introduce advanced management systems and increase research and innovation of products. At least half of the patents that have been declared or acquired should be put into use, ensuring that the investment for scientific research and innovation is not less than 50% of sales revenue, and strive to establish One or two provincial or national engineering and technical centers;

4. Enterprises, especially those with certain strengths, must pay attention to quality management, and can establish laboratories equipped with advanced professional testing instruments for daily quality supervision;

To achieve the five-year development goal of the domestic decorative hardware industry, various decoration hardware companies need to take active actions. Luo Baihui believes that decoration hardware companies should actively explore new development paths, and specific efforts can be made from the following aspects:

1. Increase investment in talent construction and cultivate high-tech talent. Excellent talents can create high value-added decorative hardware products. If hardware companies want to improve the level of technology research and development, they must do a good job of building a talent team.
