2. Scope and characteristics of high-efficiency silent crushing agent (HSCA) :
For the demolition of concrete into reinforced concrete structures, as well as the mining and cutting of various rocks, such as marble, granite and jade, the yield is increased by 2 to 3 times. Can be combined with controlled or hydraulic guns to demolish concrete buildings or break rock. It is especially suitable for crushing or dismantling operations where zhayao is not suitable for crushing. Safe to use, high efficiency, no interruption of traffic, no stop production.

(2) The appropriate high-efficiency silent breaker HSCA model shall be selected according to the construction environment temperature , and shall not be used interchangeably. When used to crush reinforced concrete , some of the peripheral reinforcement should be cut off first.
(3) High-efficiency silent crushing agent agitation : Pour 28~35% of water with a weight ratio of HSCA into the container, then add HSCA , and stir it into a uniform slurry with fluidity by mechanical or rubber gloved hands. The mixture below 5 °C can be mixed with water at about 40 °C.
(4) High-efficiency silent crushing agent filling : The hole must be cleaned before filling the hole, and there must be no water or debris. The filling operation can be carried out by direct filling or pressing into the hole with mortar. The filling holes must be dense and do not have to block the openings. Horizontal or inclined is applied to the thick gelatinous HSCA into a hole and tamped. The agitated HSCA slurry must be filled in the pores within 10 minutes, otherwise the fluidity and crushing effect are reduced. 4. Efficient silent crusher packaging and storage
The high-efficiency silent crushing agent is packed in carton, and the net weight of each box is 2Okg, including 4 bags, 5k per bag. It should be stored in a dry place to prevent moisture, and the storage period is one year without opening the bag.
