2 The overload capacity of the inverter is very weak, so for some motors whose load changes frequently, care should be taken to measure the maximum operating current of the motor.

3 The rated current of the inverter must be greater than the maximum operating current of the motor.

1 Continuous constant load, that is, the load is continuously running, and its operating current is basically unchanged during operation.

2 The capacity of the motor is large, that is, although the load is variable, the maximum current of the load does not exceed the rated current of the motor due to the large capacity of the motor.

3 The inrush current of the motor is very short, the inertia of the load is not large, and the inrush current is occasionally generated, but the maintenance time is not more than one minute.

4. It is necessary to increase the capacity of the inverter in the following cases.

1 When the rated current of the inverter is low, less than the rated current of the motor of the same capacity, the inverter of the first gear should be selected according to the load condition of the motor.

2 The motor may be overloaded for a short time, because the motor overload is relative to the heating constant, ranging from a few minutes to as many as several tens of minutes, and the overload capacity of the inverter is usually 1 minute, so the motor may be overloaded for a short time. The inverter capacity needs to be increased.

3 If there are special requirements for the acceleration/deceleration time, the length of the motor acceleration time is a relative concept related to the inertia. The same acceleration time may be too short for a load with large inertia, and the load with less inertia may be too long. . In general, the load needs to be increased for loads that need to be started and stopped under heavy load conditions: one is required to start and stop quickly, and the other is to move more frequently.

4 In the case of an impulsive load, the motor and the load are combined by a clutch.
