Through a large number of experiments on the super-hard material grinding wheel shaping machine and the analysis of the grinding force of the grinding wheel, the ideal process parameters of the precision welding of the metal bond and the resin bond diamond grinding wheel are obtained. The linear speed of the tool grinding wheel is determined to be 11 Around m/s, the rotational speed of the tool grinding wheel shaft is between 1050 and 1800 r/min; the rotational speed of the diamond grinding wheel shaft is set at 400 to 1000 r/min, and the linear speed of the diamond grinding wheel is 2.6 to 10.5 m/s.
