Chemical name: N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide 

Technical Specification:

Properties: Slightly odour and nonpoisonous. Specific gravity: 1.31-1.34. Soluble in benzene, methylbenzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, methylene chloride, acetone and ethyl acetate, poorly soluble in ethyl alcohol, insoluble in water, dilute acid dilute alkali and gasoline.

Application: CBS is an accelerator with high activity and greatly delayed action, has high anti-scorching quality, processing safety and short cure time. Its activity can be reinforced by thiuram and dithiocarbamate type alkaline accelerators. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, rubber tubes, cable and so on. 

Package: 25kg/bag packed with kraft paper bag or as per customers' request. 

Storage: May be decomposed during storage, so should be kept off moisture and heat. The period of stability in storage is six months.
