(1) Avoid injury caused by crowding and playfulness

2. When many people are moving in one direction at the same time, do not act in reverse for any reason to avoid being crushed.

3. Go to less crowded places and find out that you are crowded and leave as soon as possible.

4. In crowded people, do not bend down to pick up things, lift shoes, tie shoelaces, etc.

(2) Avoid drowning

1. Children must go to the regular swimming pool under the leadership of their parents.

2. After participating in heavy physical labor or strenuous exercise, especially if you are sweaty, you can't jump into the water and swim immediately.

3. Less than waterfront, rivers, rivers, reservoirs, ponds, construction sites, valleys and other places.

4. Do not swim in bad weather, such as thunderstorm, windy weather, sudden weather change, etc.

(3) Pay attention to sports safety

1. Do warm-up preparations before exercise.

2. Choose a safe venue for sports.

3. More dangerous sports, such as skateboarding and cycling, should be equipped with body protection equipment.

4. Add water in time to prevent heat stroke.
