According to the forecast of the meteorological department, there will be no major precipitation process in the near future. Affected by this, the winter wheat shortage (soil moisture) in the south will become increasingly serious. The lack of white land in the north-central region will continue to develop, and spring sowing will be seriously affected. Villages that use Koizumi small water to solve drinking water problems may also have temporary drinking water difficulties.
The Shanxi Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters requires all localities to do all the preparatory work for spring pouring and spring sowing, pay close attention to repairing existing water conservancy facilities, use the recent winter and spring pouring intermittent period, timely carry out maintenance and repair work of hydraulic engineering facilities, and improve existing water conservancy projects. The integrity and utilization rate of the facilities are fully prepared for the next step of fully investing in drought relief. In the irrigation area of ​​the Yellow River Pumping Station, preparatory work such as diversion of rivers should be carried out in time to ensure that the spring water source is normal.
