Zhongwang CAD2009 three-dimensional application example

When it comes to CAD, it is possible that everyone knows mainly about two-dimensional design. In fact, the mainstream CAD software provides three-dimensional design functions. In the domestic software, the newly launched Zhongwang CAD2009 is powerful in three-dimensional design, which gives We have brought a lot of surprises and added a lot of fun to our design work.

Here, I will share with you how to draw a volleyball, and share the powerful features of Zhongwang CAD2009 in 3D design.

Figure 1 is the final rendering of the volleyball drawn with Zhongwang CAD2009. Drawing this graph mainly uses Boolean operations, slice cutting, solid chamfering, 3D array, 3D rotation, etc. in 3D. The specific methods are as follows:

In the first step, we want to create a square with a side length of 300. Use the stretch command to stretch the square at an angle of 30 into a solid body with a regular 4 prism. The effect is shown in Figure 2.

The second step is that we draw a sphere at the apex of the pyramid. The sphere can be directly realized by the sphere command of the solid toolbar, with a diameter of one hundred. The effect is shown in Figure 3.

This is the most basic work done. Below we will use the difference command in the entity edit command to find the intersection of the sphere and the vertebral body. Simply put, the part where they intersect is left, and the rest are deleted. Figure 4 is obtained by the difference set. In the entity of Figure 4, several auxiliary lines, AD, EH, are constructed, where B and C are the three equal points of AD, and F and G are the three equal points of EH.

The next important command to use is planing. Planing divides an entity into two parts based on a plane.

Use the planing command to make 2 cuts, first cut along the plane GOB, and keep the sides. The second part cuts the solid along the plane FOC, leaving the sides. Such an entity is divided into three parts. For the sake of observation, we dye the three parts separately, and chamfer the edges of the three entities with a radius of 2, as shown in Figure 5. At this point, the basic prototype is completed. The three-dimensional array is shown in Figure 5. The center is the O point, and the number is four. The figure is as follows, named Figure 6.

In this way, we can see the basic outline of the volleyball. In order to achieve a better visual effect, we can rotate the part of the screen facing the screen of Figure 6-1 by 90 degrees, and then in the circular array, the array angle is 90, the number is 2 Then repeat the array, still the original object, the number is 2, the angle is minus 90, and the drawing of the volleyball is completed. Finally, we can also make some decorations, such as adding some materials or backgrounds, which are free to choose.
